Remove batteries, ink/toner, and hazardous components before mechanical treatment.
Feed devices into a high‑torque Twin‑Shaft Shredder for coarse size reduction and liberation of internal parts.
Condition liberated fractions to target size using a Powerful Crusher Model A, Powerful Crusher Model B, Micro Pulverizer or Hammer Mill, depending on material hardness and downstream specs.
Separate metals; for non‑ferrous (Al/Cu) ejection, use an Eddy Current Separator.
