Typical Home Appliances Recycling Process

1. Hazard Removal & Manual Dismantling

   Drain refrigerants and remove hazardous components such as capacitors and compressor oil before mechanical processing.

2. Primary Shredding

   Break large appliances into manageable pieces using a Twin‑Shaft Shredder.

3. Secondary Size Reduction

   Condition mixed fractions to target size with Powerful Crusher Model A, Powerful Crusher Model B, Micro Pulverizer or Hammer Mill, depending on material hardness and downstream specs.

4. Ferrous & Non‑Ferrous Recovery

   Separate metals; for non‑ferrous ejection (Al/Cu), use an Eddy Current Separator.

5. Plastic Sorting & Processing

   Sort ABS, HIPS, and PP for pelletizing or direct reuse as qualified flakes/pellets.

6. Glass & Insulation Recovery

   Collect glass and insulation materials for recycling or energy recovery as applicable.
