Video Highlights & Step-by-Step Process Overview:

  1. Initial Shredding – Twin-Shaft Shredder
The recycling process begins as whole waste tires are fed into the twin-shaft shredder. This powerful machine tears the tires into coarse rubber strips, making them easier to handle and setting a strong foundation for effective downstream separation. Its high-torque, low-speed design ensures minimal dust and maximum durability for continuous operation.
  2. Secondary Shredding – Quad-Shaft Shredder
The rubber strips are then conveyed to the quad-shaft shredder. Here, they are further reduced into smaller, uniform chips. This uniformity is critical for enabling precise sorting and maximizing separation accuracy in the next stages of the line.
  3. Primary Magnetic Separation – Magnetic Separator
As shredded rubber moves along the conveyor, it passes through a magnetic separation system. Steel wires embedded in the tires are pulled out efficiently by high-intensity magnets, reducing contamination and preventing damage to other machinery.
  4. Steel Wire Cleaning – Steel Wire Separator
A dedicated two-stage de-rubberizing system further processes the recovered steel. This step ensures any remaining rubber stuck to the wire is removed, delivering cleaner steel and enabling higher resale value or reprocessing quality.
  5. Air Quality Control – Dust Collection System
Throughout the entire shredding and sorting line, an advanced dust collection system operates to capture fine particulate matter and airborne contaminants. This ensures a clean working environment and maintains the purity of the final rubber product.
